Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Because our formulas work through consistent, cumulative use, we encourage you to give them adequate time before concluding they're not for you. 

To initiate a return, email us at hello@truuing.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note the following eligibility rules of our returns / refund policy:

We only accept return / refund requests for products purchased directly on the truuing.com website.

One consumer is eligible for one return / refund for one product. Repeat refund requests for the same product won’t be accepted.

For subscriptions, refund request applies to 1 product / bottle refund for monthly subscriptions, 2 bottles refunds for 3-month subscriptions, and 3 bottles for 6-month subscriptions.

You will be charged a USD $20.00 courier and processing fee which will be deducted from the order amount prior to issuing a refund to your original payment method.  

Damaged or incorrect order?

We're sorry — that's not the experience we want you to have.

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that's a replacement, refund, or another resolution.
