Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 29, 2026
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Canyon Oak Limited (“Trüuing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares Consumer Health Data in connection with our Cellular Energy Snapshot and Cognitive Wellness Snapshot wellness quizzes (together, the “Quizzes”) on truuing.com (the “Site”).
This Policy is separate from, and supplements, our general Privacy Policy. It is provided in accordance with Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law (NRS Chapter 603A), Connecticut’s Data Privacy Act, and other applicable consumer health data laws. Where this Policy and our general Privacy Policy address the same data, this Policy controls with respect to Consumer Health Data collected through the Quizzes.
1. What Is “Consumer Health Data”?
Under applicable law, “Consumer Health Data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status — including, among other things, information about wellness conditions, symptoms, and related categories, as well as any inference drawn from non-health information that identifies a consumer’s health status.
The Quizzes are educational wellness tools, not medical tests, screenings, or diagnoses. Even so, because your self-reported answers about energy, focus, sleep, stress, mood, and stimulant habits relate to your physical and mental wellness, we treat them as Consumer Health Data and apply the protections described in this Policy.
2. Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect
Through the Quizzes, we collect:
- Quiz responses — your self-reported answers about daily energy levels, mental fatigue and focus, sleep quality, stress, mood, physical recovery, and caffeine or stimulant habits.
- Quiz results — the score and wellness category generated from your answers.
- Email address — the address you provide to receive your personalized snapshot.
We do not collect Consumer Health Data through the Quizzes beyond what is listed above, and we do not purchase or obtain Consumer Health Data about you from data brokers or other third parties.
3. Why We Collect Consumer Health Data
We use the Consumer Health Data described above to:
- Generate your personalized quiz score and wellness snapshot;
- Email you your results and related product suggestions, where you've asked and given consent to receive them;
- Understand, in aggregate, general wellness trends among quiz takers so we can improve the Quizzes and our content.
We do not use your quiz responses to make decisions about your eligibility for insurance, employment, credit, or any similarly consequential decision, and we do not use them to train models that profile you individually.
4. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect Consumer Health Data directly from you, when you answer questions in a Quiz. We do not obtain Consumer Health Data about you from any other source.
5. How We Share Consumer Health Data
We do not sell Consumer Health Data. We do not share your quiz responses or results with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes — including advertising networks, social media platforms (such as Meta or Google Ads), or data brokers. This is narrower than our general Privacy Policy: while we share certain Site browsing data with analytics and advertising partners as described there, that does not extend to your quiz responses or results.
We may share Consumer Health Data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Quizzes and deliver your results (for example, our quiz platform and email delivery vendors), under contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or disclosing it further;
- Parties to whom disclosure is required by law, such as in response to a valid legal process; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to the protections described in this Policy.
We do not use geofencing technology to establish a virtual boundary around any health care facility in order to identify, track, collect data from, or send notifications to consumers, as prohibited under Washington’s My Health My Data Act.
6. Your Consent
Before collecting your quiz responses, we ask you to affirmatively agree to that collection for the purposes described in this Policy, as stated at the start of each Quiz. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 8. Withdrawing consent will not affect a result already sent to you, but we will stop further collection or use of your Consumer Health Data and delete it upon request.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Consumer Health Data;
- Access your Consumer Health Data, including a list of the categories of third parties and affiliates with whom it has been shared or sold (as described in Section 5, this will reflect only the limited service providers and circumstances listed there, since we do not sell or share quiz data for advertising);
- Withdraw your consent to our collection or use of your Consumer Health Data; and
- Request deletion of your Consumer Health Data, which we will honor and which we will direct our processors to honor as well.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@truuing.com with “Consumer Health Data Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary; if we need an extension, we will tell you why. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Policy or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at: hello@truuing.com
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes affecting previously collected Consumer Health Data will be accompanied by additional notice or a request for renewed consent where required by law.
